Herbal Teas That Improve Erection Dysfunction Sex Drive & Libido

It is estimated that around one-third of men will suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) at some point in their lives. Although the condition is more prevalent among those who have passed retirement age, it affects millions of men, irrespective of age. In fact, it is estimated that around 30 million men in the United States suffer from ED. There is almost no doubt that this figure which is based on findings by urologists, is an underestimation due to the social stigma that surrounds the condition and adversely affects reporting of the condition.

Fortunately, there are a number of prescription medications that are available to treat the symptoms of ED. However, many men are reluctant to use these medications due to fear of side effects, possible incompatibility with existing medication, and concerns around dependency. However, there are natural and organic treatments to ED that have stood the test of time – such as the variety of teas that are available that can improve both the sexual performance of men – and improve their quality of life.

There are numerous types of teas that can benefit ED sufferers – here are some of the most popular.

1. Ginseng Tea

Ginseng Tea is produced from the roots of the Panax Ginseng plant and has been used by traditional healers in China and Korea for generations to treat various health conditions, including erectile dysfunction.

The effectiveness of Ginseng Tea is primarily based on its antioxidant and muscle relaxant properties that are the result of stimulating the release of nitric oxide (NO) into the blood. This enables stronger erections and prevents premature ejaculation. In addition, Ginseng Tea has also been reported to increase penis girth and improve libido and stamina.

2. Green Tea

Green Tea is rich in catechins, compounds that can increase blood flow to the penis and prevent blood vessel damage. Green Tea is also tremendously rich in antioxidants which are essential for optimum health and longevity. Green Tea has been reputed to also help prevent cancers such as those affecting the bladder, rectum, breast, lungs, stomach, and pancreas, as well as lowering cholesterol levels.

3. Tupi Tea

TupiTea has been scientifically formulated to address the issues of erectile dysfunction and male sex performance. Tupi Tea is available in powder form – or as convenient capsules. The ingredients boost natural testosterone production and increase blood flow to the penis, as well as providing additional health benefits, ensuring a long-lasting and firm erection, increased sex drive, as well as controlling premature ejaculation. All natural ingredients include L-arginine, Zinc Stearate, Maca Root Extract, Ginger Extract, Tribulus (Tribulus contains Triterpene Glycosides that increase testosterone production and elevate sperm count), and Taurine.

Tupi Tea also works to inhibit the action of an enzyme named protein phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) that can interfere with the body’s nitric oxide and cGMP levels. Both of these are responsible for relaxing the smooth muscle in the arteries. Too much PDE5 and blood flow to the penis is inhibited, meaning attaining and maintaining an erection becomes problematic. The formula is safe and time-tested – and can also help control blood pressure and cholesterol levels and contribute to greater health. For those in search of increased libido and firmer erections, as well as more controlled ejaculation, this product ticks all the right boxes.

4. Horny Goat Weed Tea

Horny Goat Weed Tea is extracted from the Epimedium plant that is native to Japan, China, and Korea and has been used as a natural remedy for ED for centuries. Its effectiveness as a treatment for ED is based on a compound known as icariin. In a 2008 study, researchers found that icariin is effective in lowering human PDE5.

As mentioned above, high levels of PDE5 can prevent firm and long-lasting erections. It is worth noting that this is one of the few teas that can rarely have side effects such as nosebleeds and dizziness; it can also (rarely) interfere with other medications, so (as is the case with all supplements) consult your doctor before going on a Horny Goat Weed Tea supplement course.

5. Ginko Biloba Tea

Ginko Biloba Tea has its origins in China and has long been an accepted treatment for stress and hypertension, both of which are implicated as potential causes of ED. It is also known to relax the smooth muscles of the penis, helping to promote strong blood flow and therefore encouraging firm, lasting erections. It also benefits the nitric oxide system, which further encourages healthy blood flow to the penis and the maintenance of erections. For the best effect, Ginko Biloba Tea and supplements should be used in conjunction with other natural herbs and extracts to boost sexual performance.

These natural teas and compounds have a long history in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. They are the perfect natural, organic solution for men in search of ED treatment that has numerous health benefits, aside from promoting healthy libido, elevated sex drive, and strong, lasting erections.
